These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ph333z ("ph333z," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of ph333z.vip. By accessing, registering on, or using the ph333z platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph333z platform and close your account. Continued use of ph333z following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a ph333z account, you must:

• Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password;
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the ph333z Privacy Policy;

• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ph333z or any of its affiliated entities.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph333z. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph333z employs active monitoring to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, forfeiting any balances therein.

3.1 Security of Your Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph333z account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. ph333z will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You agree to notify ph333z immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ph333z will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, mobile number, or email address must be reported to ph333z support promptly. Providing false or misleading information at any stage is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph333z is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (passport, PhilSys national ID, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed to ph333z's satisfaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph333z accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your ph333z account.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph333z account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within one to three business hours following confirmation by the issuing bank. ph333z does not charge deposit fees, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within one to three business hours during operating hours.

4.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph333z reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱150 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance after providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address. The balance will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

ph333z may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a verified, active ph333z account in good standing;
• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited;

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploitation of wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus claiming, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game offered on ph333z is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to that game's conduct.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

ph333z makes every effort to ensure the continuous and error-free operation of all games on the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game round, ph333z reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. Winnings arising from an obvious malfunction are void and will not be paid out. ph333z's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final.

6.3 Fair Play

The use of any software, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over ph333z's systems or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

6.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ph333z are subject to ph333z's Sports Betting Rules, which govern bet acceptance, settlement, in-play rules, and void conditions. ph333z reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes, refuse bets, or void bets at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph333z and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Creating or operating more than one ph333z account;
• Using ph333z for any form of money laundering or to conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity;

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with ph333z's games or platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with ph333z employees;

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward ph333z's staff or other users;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities on the ph333z platform;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to fund or receive funds from your ph333z account.

8.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

Upon self-exclusion, ph333z will take reasonable steps to prevent you from receiving marketing communications and creating new accounts on the platform.

All content on ph333z.vip — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the compilation thereof — is the property of ph333z or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

ph333z grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph333z.vip solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from ph333z.vip;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any ph333z content;

• Use the ph333z brand name, logo, or trademarks without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ph333z's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may subject you to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph333z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ph333z platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other commercial or financial losses.

ph333z does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from errors;
• Any errors or defects in the platform will be corrected;
• The platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of any game are guaranteed or predictable.

Where ph333z's liability cannot be excluded by law, ph333z's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to ph333z in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph333z collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ph333z, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the ph333z Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the ph333z platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account by contacting ph333z support.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and PAGCOR's applicable online gaming regulations.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph333z, you agree to first contact ph333z's support team to attempt an informal resolution. ph333z will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. Where PAGCOR's mechanisms do not apply, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
